The Fittest Games Challenge will be scaled to three different levels: Elite, Intermediate, and Beginner. Within each division there will also be a female and male category and weights will be scaled accordingly. Participants will commit to one of these levels on the day of the challenge.
Elite Division This Division is for an individual who is able to perform the CrossFit workout of the day WOD with little to no modification. Only individuals who compete in this level are eligible for the Grand Prize.
Intermediate Division This Division is for a fit individual who has been Crossfitting or is new to CrossFit, this level will include a scaled version of the elite weights.
Beginner Division The Challenges are a great way to get involved and get fit for a great cause! This Division is scaled to your ability and allows individuals new to the CrossFit method to have fun and be active.
