THE FITTEST GAMES CHALLENGE
is a series of athletic events utilizing the CrossFit method of training. There will be 4 challenges held once a month February – May. The events will include a CrossFit Benchmark Workout, CrossFit Total, Met Con Challenge, and a 5K Off Road. Proceeds for The Fittest Games Challenge benefit Autism Speaks, a national organization dedicated to finding a cure and preventative measures for Autism. These challenges are a fun way to be active in the community for a great cause! The events will be scaled to everyone's ability and will include beginner, intermediate, and elite levels as well as a men's and women's division. The elite male and female who complete all challenges, with the most total points, will win the Grand Prize and go on to compete in the National CrossFit Games this July! to finding preventative measures as well as a
cure for Autism. According to Autism Speaks,
1 in 150 individuals are diagnosed with autism.
Autism is more common than pediatric cancer,
diabetes, and AIDS combined. It is found in all
racial, ethnic, and social groups and is four times
